Reflexology is a holistic foot massage treatment which originates back to Egyptian times. It involves stimulating nerve endings on your feet (or hands) which may promote healing throughout your whole body. If you haven't dipped your toes into this treatment before, don't be embarrassed about your feet, your wonky toes or their pong, I've seen and smelt it all before! P.S.! It doesn't tickle!!

The healing benefits of reflexology may include:

Inducing a deep relaxation and reducing stress levels
Stimulating the immune system; treating long covid
Improving sleep, insomnia
Improving your circulation
Easing depression and anxiety
Easing aches and pain eg. Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, recovery from injury
Stimulating your digestion and relieving constipation
Elimination of toxins; lymphatic drainage
Rebalancing hormones and regulating the menstrual cycle at every life stage
Menopause Management

Success stories:

Oh there are many!

Over the years I have seen clients for many aches and pains, relieved constipation and induced labour for some women. Fibromyalgia pain relief is common, arthritis relief and menopause management. Some clients will report they know when it is time to come again because their feet start to ache. I have also treated a few post men and ladies purely because their feet are pounding the pavements for many miles and just need some tlc.

And some clients have been coming for years just because they love it ....
